Estamos em busca de uma pessoa para atuar como Gerente de Loja, que tenha paixão por desenvolver pessoas, impulsionar resultados e proporcionar experiências extraordinárias aos nossos clientes!

Seu dia a dia por aqui

  • Liderar, inspirar e desenvolver a equipe de vendas, promovendo engajamento, colaboração e alta performance;
  • Planejar e executar estratégias comerciais para impulsionar vendas, conversão, ticket médio e demais indicadores;
  • Acompanhar metas e resultados, identificar oportunidades e implementar planos de ação para evolução da performance;
  • Garantir a excelência no atendimento e uma experiência de compra alinhada à essência da marca;
  • Gerenciar a operação do quiosque, incluindo escalas, estoque, organização, processos e rotinas comerciais;
  • Participar dos processos de recrutamento, integração, treinamento e desenvolvimento do time;
  • Realizar feedbacks, acompanhamentos individuais e avaliações de desempenho, fortalecendo o desenvolvimento das pessoas;
  • Analisar o comportamento dos clientes, tendências e oportunidades de mercado, compartilhando resultados e direcionamentos com a supervisão;
  • Assegurar a execução de campanhas, lançamentos e estratégias comerciais, buscando a melhoria contínua da operação.

O que esperamos de você

  • Ensino Médio completo;
  • Experiência com liderança de equipes e gestão comercial no varejo;
  • Conhecimento de indicadores de vendas, metas e estratégias comerciais;
  • Habilidade para desenvolver pessoas, oferecer feedbacks e mobilizar equipes;
  • Capacidade analítica, organização e tomada de decisão orientada a resultados;
  • Boa comunicação, atitude positiva e abertura ao novo;
  • Disponibilidade para trabalhar em escala de shopping.

Será um diferencial:

  • Experiência em gestão de lojas ou quiosques de beleza, cosméticos ou skincare;
  • Conhecimento em gestão de estoque, indicadores de varejo e desenvolvimento de equipes.
