The posting

Responsável em planejar estratégias de vendas, atender clientes e coletar indicadores do mercado consumidor. Gerenciar a rotina da equipe de vendas, recrutando, treinando e avaliando o desempenho dos profissionais de vendas de produtos e serviços e apresentar periodicamente à supervisão os resultados e o desempenho em relação às metas estabelecidas.

Responsabilidades:

  • Planejar e executar ações comerciais no ponto de venda, buscando impulsionar os resultados e potencializar as oportunidades de vendas;
  • Acompanhar os principais indicadores de performance da operação, com atenção ao ticket médio e à venda de itens complementares, propondo ações para melhoria contínua;
  • Conduzir a integração de novos colaboradores, apoiando na adaptação à equipe, aos processos e à cultura organizacional;
  • Promover um ambiente de trabalho colaborativo, atuando na mediação de conflitos e no fortalecimento do engajamento da equipe;
  • Aplicar medidas disciplinares quando necessário, assegurando o cumprimento das normas internas e a preservação dos valores da empresa;
  • Realizar acompanhamento próximo do time, oferecendo orientações, treinamentos e suporte para o desenvolvimento das competências e alcance de metas.

Requisitos:

  • Ensino médio completo
  • Experiência com vendas
  • Experiência com supervisão e liderança de equipe
  • Experiência com criação e gestão de indicadores

Escolaridade

  • Ensino Médio

Habilidade Técnica

  • Experiência em vendas de 05 a 07 anos - Avançado
  • Ensino Superior Cursando - Avançado
