  • Strong proficiency using Microsoft Excel (experience using Netsuite is a big plus!)
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical, communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with multi currency bank reconciliation and balance sheet reconciliation
  • Energy and ambition to make a difference to a business going through an exciting period of change and growth
  • You might be studying (or looking to study) towards an accountancy qualification ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent
  • Experience in industry, with e-commerce and or beauty background beneficial but not essential!

*The stated experience and background is a guide and does not preclude applications from candidates with more or less experience, provided the requisite skills can be demonstrated. This is an incredibly exciting opportunity to join our team. On a day to day basis, you will be responsible for:

  • Treasury: Own the reconciliation of 10 multi-currency bank accounts, including matching complex bank payments.
  • Merchant Services Reconciliation: Reconcile cash receipts from our global merchant services providers directly to our bank accounts.
  • Overhead & Month-End Support: Assist with the preparation of monthly management accounts, managing our overhead costs, and posting prepayments/accruals.
  • Fixed Assets: Manage the Fixed Asset register, ensuring accurate depreciation calculations.
  • Reporting Excellence: Help prepare the monthly results pack that feeds directly into the board pack for the Financial Controller.
  • Operational Control: Own the credit card and travel account reconciliations, and compile ONS surveys.
  • Collaborative Support: Support and cover the wider Accounts Payable function when needed, ensuring our vendor workflows run seamlessly.
