Deine Aufgaben – unser Bedarf:

  • Verbuchung aller Geschäftsvorfälle sowie Abwicklung des Zahlungsverkehrs.
  • Verantwortung für das außergerichtliche Forderungsmanagement u.a. mit Führen von Offenen-Posten-Listen, Verfolgen von Forderungen und Durchführen von Mahnläufen.
  • Pflege der Mieterkonten und Durchführung von Wertberichtigungen.
  • Vorbereitende Jahresabschlussarbeiten.
  • Verbuchen der Hausgeld- und Nebenkostenabrechnungen.
  • Erstellen von Umsatzsteuervoranmeldungen sowie Kautionsmanagement.

Dein Profil – unsere Lücke im Team:

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
  • Fundierte Berufserfahrung in der Buchhaltung, idealerweise in der WEG- und Mietenbuchhaltung.
  • Freude an der Teamarbeit sowie die Fähigkeit zum selbstständigen und lösungsorientierten Arbeiten.
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office, idealerweise auch (erste) Erfahrung mit der Software RELion ONE.
  • Deutschkenntnisse auf mindestens C1-Niveau.
