Primary task and responsibilities include:

  • Manage incidents and problems effectively in close collaboration with colleagues and clients.
  • Explore and analyse complex accounting and financial datasets to identify patterns, anomalies, and opportunities for improvement of financial systems and reporting processes.

  • Collaborate closely with Business Analysts, Software Engineers, and Architects in Reporting Solutions to ensure high-quality, reliable, and well‑governed data foundations.
  • Build analytical data products and models that support regulatory reporting and decision‑making across the financial domain.
  • Participate in the data tech transformation towards a modern data platform using Databricks.
  • Work with Databricks, Python, and SQL to develop scalable data science solutions.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of the development process and client engagement.

To succeed you will have:

  • A relevant Master degree.
  • 5y+ work experience as Business Analyst from Banking or financial IT.
  • Preferably, work experience from the banking sector in Denmark.
  • Extensive knowledge of accounting, financial, and regulatory data like an accountant or bookkeeper.
  • Extensive experience working with large and complex datasets.
  • Preferably, experience of modern platforms such as Databricks
  • Understand data modelling concepts and data governance principles.
  • Preferably, programming skills in SQL and Python.
  • Experience of working in agile setups like Scrum or SAFe.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Fluency in English, written and spoken.
  • Danish is an advantage.

As a person, you are ambitious, goal oriented, and persistent. You have a curious and analytical mindset. You are a team player who is proactive and takes responsibility. You are service minded towards both clients and colleagues.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
