Vi søger lige nu flere lagermedarbejdere til et stort og moderne lager i Horsens, hvor fællesskab og godt humør fylder mindst lige så meget som paller og pakker.

Her bliver du en del af et socialt team, hvor man arbejder sammen, hjælper hinanden og også husker at have det sjovt undervejs. Der bliver blandt andet gjort lidt ekstra ud af højtider og mærkedage, så du kan godt forvente både halloween-fejring, highfives og en god portion kollegialt sammenhold.

Hvad skal du lave?

Du kommer til at arbejde med forskellige lageropgaver, hvor tempoet kan være højt, og hvor der er brug for, at du holder overblikket.

Dine opgaver kan blandt andet være:

  • Plukke og pakke varer
  • Scanne og registrere varer med håndscanner
  • Køre med runner på lageret
  • Klargøre varer til forsendelse
  • Sørge for, at varerne bliver håndteret korrekt og kommer videre til tiden.

Og hvad pakker man så?

Lidt af hvert. Den ene ordre kan indeholde shampoo, den næste en ramme sodavand – og måske noget helt tredje. Det er en del af charmen ved et lager som dette, hvor du ikke nødvendigvis ved, hvad der kommer på din plukliste næste gang.

Du behøver ikke komme med en lang liste af lagererfaring. Det vigtigste er, at du har lyst til at arbejde, lære nyt og være en del af et team.

Workers for Evening Shift at Social Warehouse in Horsens

Do you thrive in a busy environment where colleagues help each other out, and where a high five is never far away?

Then you might be exactly who we are looking for!

We are currently looking for warehouse workers for a large and modern warehouse in Horsens, where teamwork and a good atmosphere are just as important as pallets and parcels.

You will become part of a social team where people work together, support each other and remember to have a bit of fun along the way. Special occasions and holidays are also celebrated, so you can expect everything from Halloween celebrations and high fives to plenty of great team spirit.

What will you be doing?

You will be working with a variety of warehouse tasks in a busy environment where staying organized and keeping an overview are important.

Your tasks may include:

  • Picking and packing goods
  • Scanning and registering products using a handheld scanner
  • Operating a runner around the warehouse
  • Preparing goods for shipment
  • Making sure products are handled correctly and dispatched on time.

So, what will you actually be packing?

A little bit of everything. One order might contain shampoo, the next a case of soft drinks – and perhaps something completely different after that. That is part of the charm of working in a warehouse like this, where you never quite know what will be on your picking list next.

Who are we looking for?

You do not need a long list of previous warehouse experience. What matters most is that you are motivated to work, willing to learn and ready to become part of a team.

We imagine that you:

  • Are reliable and take responsibility for your tasks
  • Enjoy physical work and an active working day
  • Can stay calm and focused when things get busy
  • Have a positive attitude and contribute to a good atmosphere
  • Work well with different types of people
  • Can communicate in English.

Experience with warehouse work, picking and packing, handheld scanners or runners is an advantage, but not a requirement. You will receive proper training to make sure you feel comfortable and confident in the role.
