The posting

Kan du lide systemer, arbejder du struktureret og er du god til at hjælpe andre? Og har du lyst til at blive en del af et team, hvor du hver dag er med til at sikre, at virksomhedens logistikafdeling får den hjælp, de har brug for?

Det er et vikariat med opstart hurtigst muligt og vil vare de næste 4-5 mdr. alt efter behov.

Dine arbejdsopgaver

  • Hjælpe i den interne kundeservice i logistikafdelingen, som tager sig af Danmark, Norge og Sverige.
  • Besvare mails og løbende følge op på tickets via systemet Focalscope
  • Håndtere forskellige ad hoc-opgaver relateret til driften.

Du får en vigtig rolle i den daglige support af butikkerne, og det er derfor vigtigt, at du trives med at have kontakt med mange forskellige mennesker og kan bevare overblikket, når der er flere henvendelser på samme tid.

Vi leder efter dig, der

  • Er serviceminded og imødekommende
  • Er god til at kommunikere både mundtligt og skriftligt på dansk - engelsk er en fordel
  • Arbejder struktureret og systematisk
  • Er nysgerrig og god til at undersøge og finde løsninger.

Det er en fordel, hvis du har erfaring med kundeservice, mails, IT-support, ticketsystemer eller lignende, men det vigtigste er, at du har den rette tilgang, er lærenem og har lyst til at hjælpe. Derudover er det også en fordel, hvis du har erfaring med Navision eller Focalscope.

Arbejdstider

  • Mandag til torsdag kl. 8:00-16:00 og fredag 8:00-15:30.
