Aufgaben

Wir beraten Auftraggeber:innen und Unternehmen in allen vergaberechtlichen Fragestellungen und vertreten sie in vergaberechtlichen Rechtsstreitigkeiten. Ergänzend zur Beratungstätigkeit begleiten wir die Fortentwicklung des Vergaberechts durch Fachveröffentlichungen sowie Vorträge und Seminare.

  • Recherche und Vorprüfung zu Rechtsfragen
  • Mitwirkung an wissenschaftlichen Publikationen sowie Seminar- und Vortragsveranstaltungen
  • Erstellung von Gutachten, Stellungnahmen und Vermerken
  • Unterstützung bei der laufenden Beratung unserer Mandant:innen

Profil

  • Abgeschlossenes 1. Staatsexamen, überdurchschnittliches Examen ist wünschenswert, mindestens befriedigende Ergebnisse
  • Idealerweise laufendes oder geplantes Promotionsvorhaben und Kenntnisse im öffentlichen Wirtschaftsrecht
  • Ausgeprägtes Interesse am wissenschaftlichen Arbeiten und an anspruchsvollen juristischen Fragestellungen
  • Teamfähigkeit, Engagement und eigenständige Arbeitsweise
  • Idealerweise erste Erfahrung mit Fachveröffentlichungen
  • Verfügbarkeit an mindestens drei Tagen pro Woche
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (mind. auf dem Niveau C1)
