Wij bouwen en implementeren end-to-end retailoplossingen, waaronder ERP-, POS- en e-commerceplatformen, waarmee we retailers en groothandelaars helpen hun processen te optimaliseren, de efficiëntie te verhogen en duurzaam te groeien. Door nauw samen te werken met onze partners en klanten zorgen we voor vlotte, geïntegreerde oplossingen en blijven we onze producten continu verbeteren in lijn met de noden van de markt.

Om ons supportteam te versterken, zijn we op zoek naar een ERP Support Specialist voor onze vestiging in Temse.

Jouw rol

Als ERP Support Specialist maak je deel uit van ons supportteam en ben je een belangrijke schakel tussen onze klanten, support, development en projectmanagement. Je helpt klanten dagelijks verder met onze ERP- en POS-oplossingen en denkt mee na over de beste oplossing voor hun vragen en uitdagingen. Samen met je collega's zorg je ervoor dat klanten vlot kunnen werken met onze software en draag je bij aan de verdere verbetering van onze toepassingen en dienstverlening.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

  • Je behandelt functionele en applicatieve supportvragen binnen onze zelf ontwikkelde ERP- en POS-oplossingen Fashion Pro en BePOS.
  • Je ondersteunt klanten bij configuraties, databeheer en het optimaal gebruik van onze software.
  • Je onderzoekt complexere vraagstukken en escalaties vanuit het supportteam, waar nodig in samenwerking met development.
  • Je voert kleine wijzigingen en change requests uit.
  • Je documenteert oplossingen en deelt kennis zodat collega's klanten sneller en efficiënter kunnen ondersteunen.
  • Je denkt actief mee over verbeteringen aan onze software, processen en dienstverlening.
  • Je fungeert als functioneel aanspreekpunt voor klanten en collega's.

Wie zoeken we?

  • Je hebt minimaal een bachelordiploma of gelijkwaardige ervaring.
  • Je hebt ervaring met een ERP- of POS-systeem en begrijpt hoe bedrijfsprocessen werken.
  • Je hebt voeling met retail, wholesale of een gelijkaardige sector.
  • Je denkt analytisch, maar houdt ook van een praktische aanpak.
  • Je hebt voldoende technische interesse om problemen te analyseren en oplossingsgericht mee te denken.
  • Je communiceert vlot met klanten en collega's, zowel in het Nederlands als in het Engels.
  • Kennis van SQL, databanken, datamigraties of integraties is mooi meegenomen.
