Wonderful to scale-up specjalizujący się we wdrażaniu Agentic AI dla największych klientów enterprise. Firma tworzy i wdraża agentów AI wspierających obsługę klienta (voiceboty, chatboty, automatyzacja inbound/outbound) oraz procesy back-office, takie jak analiza danych, ocena ryzyka czy przetwarzanie dokumentów. Firma w niecały rok osiągnęła wycenę ponad 2 mld USD i pozyskała około 300 mln USD finansowania od funduszy takich jak Index Ventures. Obecnie Wonderful działa w około 30 krajach i zatrudnia ponad 500 osób, a polski zespół jest jednym z kluczowych hubów wzrostu. Kulturę organizacyjną definiują „high agency”, szybkie tempo działania i duża odpowiedzialność po stronie zespołów, które mają realny wpływ na rozwój rynku AI enterprise w Europie.

Warunki współpracy:

Codzienne zadania:

  • implementacja i integracja agentów AI z systemami klientów (m.in. SAP, CRM, ERP),
  • praca onsite z zespołami klienta; tłumaczenie potrzeb biznesowych na rozwiązania techniczne,
  • analiza architektury i procesów enterprise w celu identyfikowania technicznych i procesowych „zawiłości" wpływających na działanie rozwiązań,
  • iteracyjne wdrażanie, testowanie i optymalizacja agentów AI w rzeczywistych warunkach biznesowych,
  • praca z legacy systems; starsze wersje oprogramowania, ich ograniczenia i specyfika,
  • zapewnianie skalowalności i niezależności wdrożonych agentów; system musi działać stabilnie również po wycofaniu zespołu wdrożeniowego,
  • udział w pełnym cyklu delivery: od demo i warsztatów discovery, przez pilotaż, po pełną implementację i wsparcie produkcyjne.

Co będzie Ci potrzebne?

  • solidne doświadczenie jako backend engineer (technology-agnostic)
  • doświadczenie we wdrożeniach w środowiskach enterprise
  • umiejętność pracy z legacy systems i rozumienie ograniczeń starszych architektur,
  • silne umiejętności miękkie. Zdolność do bezpośredniej współpracy z biznesowymi stakeholderami po stronie klienta,
  • umiejętność szybkiego rozumienia procesów biznesowych i przekładania ich na rozwiązania techniczne.
