Sobre o cargo: A Bee Delivery está em busca de um Consultor Comercial Externo - Macapá. Este profissional terá uma atuação estratégica, sendo responsável tanto pelo desenvolvimento da base comercial local quanto pelo suporte tático às operações de Grandes Contas na região. Buscamos um profissional analítico, orientado por dados e resultados, com forte capacidade de negociação, resolução de problemas e visão de dono. Será alguém capaz de transitar entre a construção de relacionamentos comerciais, o fechamento de negócios e o acompanhamento da performance operacional dos clientes.

Responsabilidades:

  • Prospectar, negociar e fechar novos contratos com lojistas e contas regionais em Macapá/AP;
  • Desenvolver estratégias para expansão da carteira de clientes e aumento da participação de mercado local;
  • Gerenciar e acompanhar a carteira ativa, buscando crescimento de volume, recorrência de uso e redução de churn;
  • Atuar como ponto focal local para operações de Grandes Contas, apoiando o cumprimento dos níveis de serviço acordados;
  • Identificar e atuar preventivamente em gargalos operacionais, contribuindo para a resolução de problemas junto às equipes internas;
  • Monitorar indicadores de desempenho da região, analisando oportunidades de crescimento e propondo ações baseadas em dados;
  • Elaborar relatórios e apresentar resultados para a liderança.

Requisitos:

  • Residir em Macapá/AP;
  • Experiência comprovada no ciclo completo de vendas B2B, desde a prospecção até o fechamento de contratos;
  • Vivência nos segmentos de logística, tecnologia, plataformas digitais, mobilidade ou áreas correlatas será um diferencial;
  • Familiaridade com ferramentas de CRM e gestão de funil comercial;
  • Perfil analítico, com capacidade de interpretação de indicadores e tomada de decisão baseada em dados;
  • Conhecimento da geografia, do varejo e da dinâmica de mobilidade de Macapá/AP;
  • Excelente comunicação, negociação e habilidade para relacionamento com diferentes perfis de clientes;
  • Disponibilidade para deslocamentos e visitas comerciais.
