Pre-Vetted Virtual Assistants (VAs) are candidates who have undergone a thorough screening and evaluation process. At BeeHub, we rigorously assess our VAs' skills, experience, and suitability for specific roles, ensuring that only the best candidates are presented to our clients. This pre-vetting process saves our clients time and effort, guaranteeing they receive highly qualified and reliable VAs from the start.

Role Overview:

We're looking for Virtual Assistants to join our talent pool, providing a range of services to clients. This is a fantastic opportunity for both experienced VAs and newcomers who wish to work remotely and grow with a new company. We welcome VAs from all backgrounds.

Requirements:

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Organizational skills and the ability to work independently.
  • Proficiency in commonly used software and applications (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, etc.).
  • Willingness to learn new skills.
  • Experience in real estate or knowledge of real estate tools (e.g., MLS, CRM software) is a plus, but not required.
  • NBI Clearance (required after you pass the recruitment process)

Workstation Requirements:

Primary PC and backup device (laptop) with minimum system requirements:

Processor: Intel Core i3 (or AMD equivalent)

System Memory: 8GB RAM

Operating System: Windows 10 or MacOS

  • Stable primary and backup internet at at least 5 Mbps.
  • Backup power source in case of power outage: Generator/UPS or Alternative Location.
  • Headset with Noise-Canceling Feature
  • Webcam
