Vi söker en Restaurangchef för kvällsserveringen till Belgobaren! Är du en naturlig ledare som älskar service, har ett öga för detaljer och vill ta ansvar för Stockholms härligaste belgiska restaurangkoncept under kvällarna? Då är det dig vi söker! Om oss Belgobaren är en restaurang belägen mitt i Stockholm city. Vi har ett belgiskinspirerat koncept med flera hundra olika sorters öl, och vi serverar främst musslor med pommes som är en paradrätt i Belgien. Vi erbjuder frukost, lunch och middag samt har ett tight samarbete med Freys Hotell där vi hjälper till att servera deras konferensgäster. Vi jobbar med en hög standard på service och sätter alltid gästen i fokus. I vår restaurangfamilj ingår även vår systerkrog Hörnans Belgobar belägen på Rådmansgatan 69. Hos oss är vi mer som en familj, och vi lägger därför stor vikt vid personliga egenskaper och personkemi. Om rollen Som restaurangchef för kvällsserveringen blir du en nyckelperson i driften. Du har det övergripande ansvaret för att kvällspasset flyter på perfekt och att teamet levererar service i världsklass. Du bör vara flexibel och kunna jobba både vardagar och helger. Dina huvudsakliga arbetsuppgifter: Leda och fördela arbetet i servisen under kvällstid och kvällsservice. Säkerställa att våra gäster får en trevlig upplevelse och att vår höga servicestandard hålls. Aktivt arbeta på golvet med att servera, plocka disk samt hålla rent och snyggt i lokalen. Coacha kvällsteamet och bibehålla den goda familjekänslan och samarbetet med övrig personal. Hantera flödet för kvällens gäster, inklusive eventuella konferensgäster från Freys Hotell.

Vi söker dig som: Är en glad person som sprider positiv energi till både gäster och kollegor. Har ett öga för detaljer och älskar genuint service och värdskap. Har tidigare erfarenhet från restaurangbranschen, gärna i en ledande eller ansvarsfull roll. Är flexibel och trivs med att arbeta under varierande tider (vardagar och helger). Är en lagspelare som värdesätter ett gott samarbete med både servis och kök.
