Venha voar mais alto com a gente!Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesConfira as principais atividades desta vaga:Prestar suporte às agências de viagens nos processos de venda e pós-venda de bilhetes aéreos nacionais, oferecendo um atendimento humanizado, objetivo e resolutivo.Realizar cotações, reservas e emissões de bilhetes aéreos nacionais.Emitir serviços adicionais, como transporte de PET (AVIH), assistência a menores desacompanhados (UMNR), seleção de assentos, bagagem extra e demais solicitações relacionadas.Calcular alterações e reemissões de bilhetes, garantindo conformidade com as políticas das companhias aéreas.Consultar e aplicar corretamente as regras tarifárias.Auxiliar as agências nos processos de reacomodação de voos e na comunicação de alterações de itinerário.Realizar a manutenção de filas e o monitoramento de reservas pendentes, assegurando o acompanhamento adequado de cada demanda e buscando a maximização da rentabilidade.Acompanhar e garantir a conclusão dos processos de emissão e pós-venda, assegurando o cumprimento dos prazos e a qualidade do atendimento.Manter relacionamento constante com equipes internas e companhias aéreas parceiras, promovendo uma comunicação eficaz.Requisitos e qualificaçõesCurtiu?! Vamos em frente, entenda o que esperamos de você: Ensino Médio completo.
