Als operator bij Be Food! staat je een gevarieerde job te wachten!

Variatie? Ons tal van verschillende producten, van smeersalades, bereide gerechten en tapas die jij kan vinden in lokale supermarkten, beenhouwerijen en traiteurzaken.

Operator bij be food!, what's in a name?

Een greep uit jouw takenpakket:

  • instellen en bedienen van de machines
  • zelf meewerken aan de productielijn
  • oplossen van kleine storingen
  • begeleiden en motiveren van jouw collega’s aan “jouw” lijn zodat ze hun werk goed en met plezier uitvoeren
  • uitvoeren van kwaliteitscontrole

Op welke afdelingen kan je terecht komen?

  • de koude productie-afdeling: waar je instaat voor de afvulling van onze smeersalades in potjes en het voorzien van garnituur.
  • de warme productie-afdeling: waar je instaat voor de afvulling onze maaltijden, voorgerechten, pasta’s,… en de verpakking.
  • de expeditie-afdeling: waar je instaat voor de correcte machinale etikettering van onze verpakkingen om te vertrekken naar onze klanten.

Ons aanbod

Bij je toekomstige werkgever kom je terecht in een veilige en familiale werkomgeving. We zorgen voor interne opleiding on the job zodat je je verder kan ontplooien binnen je functie en onze firma!

Je werkt in een uurrooster van 08u tot 16u45, op vrijdag werk je tot 14u30. Extra lang weekend dus! :-) Ook zijn we niet collectief gesloten, dus verlof is in samenspraak met je collega’s vrij te kiezen. Wel werken wij in 2 ploegen het laatste kwartaal van het jaar. (vroeg en late).

Daarnaast zorgt werken in de voeding voor heel wat werkzekerheid! Dus ben je op zoek naar een job op lange termijn?

Wie ben jij?

  • Je spreekt goed Nederlands en kan het ook vlot lezen.
  • Ervaring als operator, het liefst in een voedingsbedrijf.
  • Zin om de handen uit de mouwen te steken is een must!
  • Vingervlug en stressbestendig: aan een hoog tempo aan de machine werken, vormt voor jou geen enkel probleem! Het kan er al eens druk aan toe gaan bij Be Food! :-)
  • Aangezien werken in de voedingssector een aantal richtlijnen rond kwaliteit en veiligheid met zich meebrengt, kunnen wij geen gelnagels, overdadige make-up, zichtbare piercings,.. toelaten.
  • Ook werk je in een koude omgeving, dus een temperatuur rond de 4° schrikt je zeker niet af.
  • Eindejaar werken wij in 2 ploegen voor ongeveer een 3-tal weken. Wij verwachten wel deze flexibiliteit. 1x/jr :-)
