能接受轮班轮休和早晚班，早班08:00-17:00，晚班15:00-24:00（下班打车免费），周休2天。能接受偶尔单休（会补休）和加班 【薪资福利】底薪6-7K，试用期不打折，入职缴纳全额五险一金，转正六险一金，年终0-2个月考核。 岗位职责 1.用户服务：通过抖音飞鸽系统、淘宝千牛系统，为用户提供及时、专业的售前售后服务，解答用户疑问，处理用户反馈或投诉，对回复率、满意度等指标负责；按规范记录工单，并协调内外部资源、商家妥善处理，直至处理完毕； 2.满意度提升：通过不断地改进服务方式和流程，为用户提供高效、专业和极致的服务，提升服务效率，提升用户满意度和忠诚度；对用户和公司业务负责，达成个人及业务目标； 3.直播过程服务：紧跟直播节奏，根据流程规范对弹幕、评论进行有效管理；及时解答回复用户在直播间的评论咨询；与运营紧密配合，及时有效发现直播过程中出现的各种问题，反馈至运营及时修正，保障用户购买体验； 4.私域、抽奖活动：根据业务需要，及时协助运营确认用户中奖情况，为符合中奖条件的用户进行兑奖登记； 5.流程优化：总结归纳每天接到的售后问题及用户反馈，协调公司各部门资源，持续推动流程优化和改进； 6.团队配合：与团队成员相互配合，保质保量完成个人及上级交办的其他工作，对结果负责。

1.有高度的责任感、执行力，善于沟通和思考，聪明、真诚和外向的“职场成年人”； 2.良好的沟通表达能力，能快速理解定位用户问题，以及能给出解决方案；良好的服务意识和用户思维，工作严谨认真；拥有稳定的情绪，能承受较强的工作压力，能以平常心看待各类用户和问题；能适应多线程作业，有团队意识，有足够强的独立解决问题的能力，以及跨部门协作沟通能力优先； 3.能接受轮班轮休和早晚班，早班08:00-17:00，晚班15:00-24:00，能接受偶尔单休和加班（必须）； 4.熟练使用常用办公软件，如 Excel、Word 等，熟练使用飞书文档、多维表格者优先； 5.有一年以上达人客服工作经验，熟悉客服流程，有客服组长、主管等管理经验者优先； 6.全日制大专及以上学历，本科学历优先； 7.住所离滨江区云狐科技园近者优先。
