负责公司电子商务渠道建设和管理，通过渠道拓展和营运指导，达成公司电商业务目标，并促进电商业务的良性循环。

职位职责

  • 根据品牌的市场发展目标，组织制定电子商务渠道的短期、中、长期发展战略；
  • 负责电商渠道运营业务及电商部管理工作，负责制定各平台年度，季度经营目标、费用预算及月度执行计划；
  • 负责电商渠道的规划、拓展，运用多种渠道的组合，优化品牌化经营；
  • 负责制定电商平台的总体定位，活动策划与市场推广，从创意策划、流程设计、页面优化、流量引入、监督执行、效果评估等多角度协调资源，提升平台销量与口碑，确保完成平台业绩目标；
  • 负责建立、优化本部门的组织架构、职责分工、绩效管理和费用的整体控制工作，实现组织精简、高效；
  • 完成上级领导交办的其他工作。

职位要求

  • 本科及以上学历，至少3年以上服装类电商行业运营总监工作经验，并取得取得较好的销售业绩；
  • 精通传统电商运营打法和策略，了解或懂得社交电商渠道运营规则；
  • 具有敏感的商业和市场意识，分析问题及解决问题能力强，具有优秀的资源整合能力和业务推进能力；
  • 有优秀的目标管理和时间管理技能，对商业经营目标有正确的认识并切实执行；
  • 正直诚信，热情主动，能积极正面地带动团队达成目标；
  • 重视部门协作，思维开拓进取。
