工作重点

- 你将会是中国区物业负责人的合作伙伴，一起制定长远人才管理策略，有效利用和开拓不同资源支持公司在中国长期业务的发展需要。

- 你需要协助中国区物业负责人计划、制定和执行整体人才管理策略，加强竞争力，支持集团现有和未来5年新项目物业管理的人力资源分配。其中包括组织发展，管理体系，管理政策，优化工作流程，人才培训，薪酬体系的合理化等等。

工作职责

­ 负责物业总公司和各地方公司的日常人力资源管理工作，对团队整体业务水平能力的提高负直接责任，

­ 按业务需求，制订不同方案、制度和体系；

­ 负责项目和政策的落地，协调总部与各分公司和其他职能部门之间的沟通工作，确保项目能按计划推行；

­ 协助中国区物业负责人制作集团各种人力资源相关的简报、工作计划和数据分析报告等。

任职要求

­ 8年或以上房地产或物业管理人力资源经验，有港资或区域管理经验优先考虑

­ 本科或以上学历，英语水平6级或以上

­ 有宏观视野及项目落地能力，有干劲

­ 较强的实操能力 - 尤其在组织发展、薪酬架构、公司职位架构、招聘、人才培训等

­ 较强的领导力和凝聚力，

­ 有较好的数据分析能力，

­ 良好书写和口语沟通能力

­ 主动性、团队精神
