Behandlingsinstitutioner Curam søger snarest 1 vågen nattevagt.

Curams målgruppe er børn og unge mellem 14-23 år med multiple problemstillinger, herunder omsorgssvigt, udviklingstraume, tilknytningsforstyrrelser, kriminalitet og misbrug.

De unge er fordelt på 2 afdelinger, som alle modtager massiv socialpædagogisk støtte og behandling, herunder misbrugsbehandling. Stillingen er ledig på vores afdeling Grønnebjerg, i Kirke Såby.

Ansøger med kendskab til arbejdet med udsatte børn og unge vil blive foretrukket, ligesom kendskab til misbrugsproblematikker er en klar fordel.

Robusthed, ro, empati og mentaliseringskompetncer, er sammen med en respektfuld og anerkendende tilgang til målgruppen og dennes familie nødvendige kompetencer.

Ansvarlighed og ordentlighed er en forudsætning, ligesom humor og samarbejdsevne er centrale elementer for den rette ansøger.

Arbejdstiden er hver anden uge (mandag-mandag) fra kl. 22.00-7.00, svarende til 126 pr. måned, med mulighed for ekstra vikartimer på alle vores afdelinger.

God løn, mulighed for deltagelse til supervision, kurser og efteruddannelse.

Man skal være indstillet på at bruge egen bil i nødstilfælde, hvis alle afdelingens biler er optaget.
