Position Overview

  • Position: Regional Centers Supervisor – Multicenter Operations
  • Locations: Antioch, Richmond & Walnut Creek, California
  • Employment Type: Full-Time
  • Work Setting: On-Site
  • Travel: Between assigned centers as needed

What You'll Do

As a Regional Centers Supervisor, you'll play a key role in keeping our centers running smoothly while helping teams deliver the best possible experience for children and families.

  • Lead Daily Operations: Oversee center activities and ensure efficient, organized, and consistent operations across multiple locations.
  • Drive Performance: Monitor staffing, schedules, center capacity, cancellations, and key operational metrics.
  • Empower Your Team: Support onboarding, employee accountability, performance, and team development.
  • Collaborate Across Departments: Partner with Clinical Operations, HR, and Scheduling to maintain smooth workflows and uninterrupted services.
  • Solve Problems & Improve Processes: Identify operational challenges, implement solutions, and promote continuous improvement.
  • Create a Positive Environment: Help maintain safe, welcoming, organized, and compliant centers for employees, children, and families.

What Makes You a Great Fit?

We're looking for someone who takes initiative, communicates effectively, and knows how to turn challenges into solutions.

  • Experience in operations, team leadership, supervision, or center management.
  • Strong organizational, communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and oversee operations across multiple locations.
  • Experience in ABA therapy, healthcare, behavioral health, childcare, or related service environments is a plus.
  • Associate or bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent relevant experience may be considered.
  • Valid driver's license and active auto insurance required.
  • Willingness to travel between Antioch, Richmond, and Walnut Creek centers as needed.
  • Spanish-English bilingual skills preferred.
