Position Details

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 3:00 PM–8:00 PM Optional Saturdays: May be available based on client needs Position Type: Part-Time Location: Antioch, CA Start Date: Immediate openings available Settings: In-Home Clients & In-Center

Earn Extra with Our Shift Bonuses

  • Evening Sessions (Monday–Friday, starting at 6:00 PM): +$5/hour on top of your regular hourly rate
  • Weekend Sessions (Saturday & Sunday): +$10/hour on top of your regular hourly rate

What You'll Be Doing

  • Work one-on-one with children ages 3 to 16 years using play-based ABA therapy
  • Follow individualized treatment plans and collect session data
  • Help children develop skills through play, movement, games, and hands-on activities
  • Create a safe, positive, and engaging environment for children
  • Collaborate with a supportive clinical team to help each child reach their goals

What We're Looking For

  • At least 18 years old
  • High school diploma
  • Valid driver's license, car insurance under your name and reliable vehicle
  • Comfortable sitting, standing, crouching, and working on the floor throughout the day
  • Able to stay active and engaged while working with young children
  • Reliable, punctual, and committed to consistent attendance

We are committed to helping our team members grow. Many Behavior Therapists advance into roles such as: Clinical Coordinators, Associate Clinical Supervisor, Clinical Managers and Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA)
