The posting

We are looking for a Scheduling Analyst to join our Operations team, if you meet the following requirements we would like to know you better:

- Customer Service experience.

- English C1 or above.

- Excellent organization skills.

- Bachelor degree in Administration, Engineering, or related field. Currently studying or equivalent experience is also considered.

- Good interpersonal relationships.

What you will do:

- Act as the channel of communication between clients and our staff.

- Coordinate the assignment of new customers with the Clinical Team.

- Process on demand Session cancellations
