Unser Ziel ist es nicht, die Größte Google & YouTube Ads Agentur zu werden, sondern die Beste! Wir sind bereits eine der führenden Agenturen in Europa mit einem glasklaren Fokus: Wir implementieren Google & YouTube Ads als Growth Engine für internationale D2C-Brands ab 5 Mio. Jahresumsatz.

Dabei arbeiten wir mit TOP-D2C-Brands wie Loop Earplugs, ahead, bedrop und ofinto zusammen. Will heißen: Wir betreuen die Google Ads Accounts der ganz großen Player mit teilweise Millionen Budget pro Monat.

Was sind deine neuen Aufgaben?

Persönliche Assistenz & Kalendersteuerung Als rechte Hand unseres CEO bist du sein operativer Anker vor Ort in Stuttgart. Seinen Kalender verwaltest du nicht nur, du steuerst ihn: erkennst, wann ein Termin verschoben gehört, wo Puffer fehlt und welche Anfrage warten kann.

Kommunikative Schnittstelle Zwischen CEO, Team und externen Partner:innen bist du der vertrauensvolle Dreh- und Angelpunkt. Nachrichten und Mails formulierst du souverän, in der Korrespondenz mit Kunden und Dienstleistern behältst du Ton und Diskretion.

Administration & Organisation Den operativen Betrieb hältst du am Laufen: Post und Bestellungen, Überweisungen vorbereiten, Rechnungen und Fristen nachhalten, Unterstützung bei der Reiseplanung und das Management unseres Dienstwagens.

Digital Operations & Transparenz In Google Workspace, Slack, ClickUp und Notion bewegst du dich sicher. Entscheidungen dokumentierst du so, dass Team, Kunden und weitere Stakeholder jederzeit auf dem neuesten Stand sind.

  • Kommunikationsstärke & Diskretion: Du bist sicher im Austausch mit dem C-Level und externen Partnern:innen. Dabei agierst du stets professionell, loyal und gehst sensibel mit vertraulichen Informationen um.
  • Sprachgefühl: Deutsch verhandlungssicher in Wort und Schrift, Englisch sicher genug für eine präzise Kommunikation im internationalen Kontext.
  • Tool-Management: Du bist sicher im Umgang mit digitalen Tools und kannst dich schnell in neue Systeme einarbeiten.
  • Raum Stuttgart: Du wohnst in oder um Stuttgart und unterstützt uns hands-on vor Ort – mit der Flexibilität, nach Absprache auch mal im Homeoffice zu arbeiten.
