Als Maintenance Engineer Electrical & Automation speel je een sleutelrol in de technische betrouwbaarheid en verdere ontwikkeling van ons machinepark. Je combineert engineering, automatisatie en troubleshooting en werkt mee aan elektrische aanpassingen, technische studies en verbeterprojecten. Je vertaalt technische behoeften vanuit productie en maintenance naar haalbare en duurzame oplossingen. Daarbij begeleid je projecten van voorstudie en ontwerp tot implementatie, opstart en opvolging. Daarnaast bied je technische ondersteuning bij complexe of terugkerende storingen, met bijzondere aandacht voor PLC’s, sturingen en industriële netwerken

Omtrent de rol:

Je onderzoekt de technische haalbaarheid van elektrische aanpassingen, verbeteringen en projecten en werkt verschillende oplossingsrichtingen uit. Je maakt technische berekeningen, bepaalt de nodige componenten en materialen en houdt rekening met kostprijs, timing, standaardisatie, onderhoud, veiligheid en ergonomie. Je werkt elektrische ontwerpen en aanpassingen verder uit en stelt de nodige technische en installatiedossiers samen. Je programmeert en past PLC- en HMI-systemen aan en werkt met industriële netwerken en complexe sturingen. Je ondersteunt maintenance en productie bij complexe, aanslepende of terugkerende technische storingen en zoekt structurele oplossingen. Je begeleidt projecten tijdens constructie, installatie, opstart en ingebruikname en stuurt bij waar nodig. Je werkt samen met interne technische diensten, productie, maintenance, externe leveranciers en aannemers. Je bereidt uitbestede werken voor, vraagt offertes op, volgt externe partners technisch op en bewaakt kwaliteit en veiligheid op de werf. Je houdt technische documentatie, elektrische schema’s en CE-dossiers up-to-date. Je houdt in je ontwerpen rekening met de geldende veiligheids-, milieu- en machinerichtlijnen. Je deelt actief je technische kennis met collega’s en ondersteunt waar nodig opleiding en kennisoverdracht.

Je beschikt over:• een grondige kennis van elektrische installaties; • sterke kennis van PLC’s en ervaring met programmeren, bijvoorbeeld Siemens, Rockwell/Allen-Bradley of gelijkaardige systemen; • goede kennis van industriële netwerken, automation servers en complexe sturingen; • kennis van Ethernet en relevante industriële communicatienetwerken; • een goed technisch inzicht en voldoende mechanische basiskennis om multidisciplinaire problemen te begrijpen; • het vermogen om elektrische tekeningen en technische plannen vlot te lezen en zelf uit te werken; • inzicht in machine-installaties, infrastructuur en onderhoud; • kennis van CE-regelgeving, elektrische veiligheid en relevante veiligheidsvoorschriften; • een systematische en oplossingsgerichte manier van werken; • sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en het vermogen om zowel zelfstandig als in team te werken; • voldoende overtuigingskracht om interne en externe partners technisch mee te nemen in oplossingen; • een leergierige, stressbestendige en proactieve houding.

Ervaring

Je hebt minstens 3 jaar ervaring in een technische functie, bij voorkeur binnen een industriële of productieomgeving. Ervaring met één of meerdere van onderstaande domeinen is sterk gewenst: • industriële elektriciteit; • PLC-programmatie en automatisatie; • troubleshooting van complexe technische storingen; • elektrische projecten of machine-installaties; • werfleiding of opvolging van externe aannemers; • SAP, e-Buy en/of AutoCAD Electrical.
