Se liga aí: - Cria e atualiza dashboards de resultados das lojas em Power BI.- Analisa e apura a remuneração variável das equipes de loja.- Elabora manuais, books e documentação de processos das lojas.- Visita lojas para mapear a rotina e propor processos de melhoria.- Desenvolve apresentações em PowerPoint para a liderança e para as lojas.- Produz e edita vídeos explicativos para as equipes de loja.- Envia comunicados por e-mail para a rede de lojas.- Apoia a geração de relatórios e análises para a área de Operações.E por último e muito importante, tem paixão pelo que faz. Requisitos e qualificaçõesObrigatórios:

Ensino superior completo ou em andamento em Administração, Engenharia ou cursos de Tecnologia (TI, Dados, Automação e áreas afins). Excel em nível intermediário/avançado (fórmulas, tabelas dinâmicas, tratamento de dados). Conhecimento em Power BI ou outra ferramenta de BI. Familiaridade com ferramentas de Inteligência Artificial aplicadas à rotina de trabalho. Domínio do pacote Office, especialmente PowerPoint. Perfil analítico, organizado e com atenção aos detalhes. Disponibilidade para visitas às lojas.

Diferenciais:

Experiência com varejo, operações ou rede de lojas. Vivência com cálculo de remuneração variável, metas ou indicadores de vendas. Conhecimento em automação de processos (Power Automate, macros, Python ou similares).
