The posting

The purpose of the Third-Party Administrator (TPA) Business Coach for BELFOR Franchise Group is to support 1-800 Water Damage and Blue Kangaroo Packoutz franchise owners with third party administrator claims to ensure compliance. The position is also responsible for training new franchise owners on various TPA systems for program work.

Duties to include, but not limited to:

Provide Third Party Administrator support for 1-800 Water Damage and Blue Kangaroo Packoutz franchise owners by:

  • Onboarding all TPA program work for new franchise owners
  • Training franchises on systems for program work and ensure they have access to all the necessary applications.
  • Assisting franchisees to apply for program work
  • Assigning TPA Prerequisites
  • Working directly with program recruiters to ensure that franchise is meeting requirements and timelines
  • TPA Program Compliance & Tracking Maintain current status of franchises and which programs they are working with. Work with Regional Business Coaches to support their locations on program work. Providing Estimate Review for franchise owners Assisting with Claims Issue Resolution Presenting to new and potential franchise owners regarding the TPA program work

Required Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience with MS Word, Excel, & Google
  • Previous TPA experience
  • Experience with Xactimate
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Must have the ability to train others on internal systems and processes
  • Must be able to problem solve effectively

Additional job requirements

  • Must be able to occasionally work nights and weekends as needed
  • Travel up to 30%
