Com profissionais talentosos, responsáveis e comprometidos criamos produtos e soluções que impactam cada canto do país, geram resultados e proporcionam uma vida melhor.Venha construir a indústria do futuro em um ambiente inovador, íntegro e inclusivo, onde o respeito é um valor inegociável e você pode ser quem você é.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesDefinir e evoluir a arquitetura de Cyber Security, estabelecendo diretrizes, padrões e frameworks para proteção dos ambientes tecnológicos.Atuar como referência técnica na avaliação, desenho e aprovação de soluções de segurança para projetos de infraestrutura, aplicações, cloud, transformação digital e automação (OT)Realizar análises de risco e recomendações de controles de segurança alinhados às melhores práticas e requisitos corporativos.Liderar discussões técnicas relacionadas à estratégia de Zero Trust, Identity Security, Network Security, Cloud Security e proteção de dados.Definir padrões de segmentação, acesso seguro, autenticação, autorização e proteção de ativos críticos.Elaborar arquiteturas de segurança envolvendo soluções como Zscaler (ZIA/ZPA), F5 (LTM/WAF), Active Directory, Microsoft Security Stack, Azure e demais tecnologias corporativas.Garantir a integração entre soluções de Cyber Security, Infraestrutura, Redes, Cloud e Identidade.Participar da definição de roadmaps tecnológicos de segurança, avaliando tendências, riscos emergentes e oportunidades de evolução do ambiente.Apoiar iniciativas de conformidade, governança e aderência a padrões internos, globais e regulatórios.Atuar em conjunto com equipes globais na padronização de arquiteturas, compartilhamento de conhecimento e alinhamento estratégico.Atuar em conjunto com equipes de automação (OT);Revisar arquiteturas existentes, identificando oportunidades de melhoria, redução de riscos e aumento da maturidade de segurança.Desenvolver e promover padrões técnicos, documentação arquitetural, blueprints, standards e referências de implementação.Apoiar processos de resposta a incidentes complexos, fornecendo direcionamento técnico e análise arquitetural.Promover automações e iniciativas de Security by Design e Secure by Default nos ambientes corporativos.Requisitos e qualificaçõesRequisitos obrigatóriosEnsino superior completo em Sistemas de Informação, Ciência da Computação, Engenharia da Computação ou áreas correlatas.Experiência sólida em Arquitetura de Cyber Security ou funções técnicas sêniores de segurança da informação.Conhecimento em arquitetura de redes.Experiência com soluções e tecnologias de acesso seguro.Conhecimento aprofundado de Active Directory, Identity & Access Management (IAM), autenticação, autorização e modelos de identidade corporativa.Experiência com ambientes híbridos (On-Premises e Cloud), especialmente Microsoft Azure.Conhecimento de frameworks e boas práticas de segurança, como NIST CSF, CIS Controls, ISO 27001 e Zero Trust.Capacidade de traduzir requisitos de negócio em soluções técnicas seguras e escaláveis.Inglês avançado para participação em reuniões técnicas, workshops e alinhamentos com equipes internacionais.Excelente capacidade analítica, comunicação, influência e visão sistêmica.Requisitos desejáveis Certificações como CISSP, CCSP, SABSA, TOGAF, AZ-500, Zscaler, F5 ou similaresConhecimento em Security Operations, Threat Modeling e Security Engineering.Vivência em projetos globais e ambientes multinacionais.Experiência com automação de controles de segurança utilizando PowerShell, Python ou ferramentas de Infrastructure as Code.Conhecimento em DevSecOps e práticas de segurança em pipelines de desenvolvimento.Informações adicionaisBenefícios:Allya (clube de descontos)Auxílio leiteAuxílio óculosBenefício escolarCesta de NatalClube lazerFundação Félix Chomé (bolsa de estudos)Kit bebêLicença maternidade estendidaLicença paternidade estendidaPlano de medicamentosPlano de saúde médico e odontológicoPrevidência privadaPrograma de Participação nos ResultadosRestaurante internoRetorno de fériasSeguro de vidaVale transporteWellHub (plataforma de bem-estar e academia)
