The posting

Voor onze vestigingen in Brugge en Roeselare zijn wij op zoek naar een gemotiveerde en organisatorisch sterke magazijnier. In deze rol ben je de logistieke spilfiguur voor onze 3 sterke merken: Belisol ramen en deuren, Ombro zonwering en Ombro Interior. Ben jij een vroege vogel die houdt van:

• Structuur • Logistieke uitdagingen • Administratieve nauwkeurigheid Dan ben jij de schakel die ons team versterkt!

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

• Begeleiden van de ochtendrush: je bent het aanspreekpunt voor een 13-tal ploegen monteurs Belisol en een 6-tal voor Ombro en Ombro Interior. Je stuurt hen aan en helpt bij het efficiënt laden en lossen van de dagtaakmaterialen, zodat zij vlot en op tijd de baan op kunnen. • Digitalisatie van de goederenstroom: je neemt leveringen van verschillende leveranciers in ontvangst, controleert ze grondig en verwerkt de administratie direct digitaal in ons systeem. • Voorraadbeheer en bestellingen: je staat in voor het proactief opvolgen en bestellen van alle kleine materialen (zoals schroeven, siliconen, ... alle bevestigingsmaterialen voor het dagelijkse werk) • Interne logistiek: je staat in voor het laden en lossen van de vrachtwagens en je verplaatst de goederen veilig en gestructureerd met de heftruck naar de juiste locaties in het magazijn en/of koer. • Orde en netheid: je zorgt voor een feilloos overzicht in beide magazijnen. Veiligheid, structuur en propere werkomgeving van magazijn, koer en atelier zijn jouw prioriteit!

• Je bent in het bezit van een rijbewijs B (minstens) • Je beschikt over een heftruckattest en je hebt de nodige ervaring • Orde en netheid zit in je DNA • Je bent stressbestendig en communicatief vaardig genoeg om de ochtendrush vlot te coördineren • Je bent handig met computers en pikt snel digitale systemen op • Je bent flexibel inzetbaar voor beide magazijnen in Brugge en Roeselare
