Job Description:

What you’ll do

We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with expertise in print files and experiential store executions. The ideal candidate will play a key role in shaping our brand’s in-store visual identity by developing engaging, on-brand designs for physical spaces, store displays, and printed materials. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, retail, and production, to ensure the seamless execution of cohesive designs that enhance the customer experience in-store. Experience in digital design is a plus, as you may also contribute to digital assets that align with in-store experiences.

If you are passionate about creating compelling customer experiences through design, both in physical and digital environments, we want to hear from you.

How you’ll do it

  • Design and develop print-ready files for a wide range of applications, such as packaging, brochures, in-store signage, point-of-sale displays, and promotional materials.
  • Conceptualize and execute large-format graphics, store window displays, and environmental graphics that elevate the in-store experience.
  • Collaborate with channel marketing teams to design experiential store activations, pop-up shops, and immersive installations that drive customer engagement.
  • Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines while pushing creative boundaries to develop fresh and innovative visual experiences.
  • Prepare print specifications and liaise with external vendors, print houses, and fabricators to ensure accurate production, quality control, and timely delivery of all printed materials.
  • Create prototypes, mock-ups, and design proofs for internal approval and feedback, ensuring designs meet both creative and technical requirements.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends in graphic design, retail environments, and experiential marketing, applying new techniques to enhance store experiences.
  • Contribute to digital design efforts, including creating assets for web, social media, or digital store displays, ensuring a seamless customer experience across channels.
  • Manage multiple design projects at once, ensuring all deadlines are met and priorities balanced in a fast-paced environment. Uphold the Company’s affirmative action plan and make good faith efforts to achieve affirmative action goals and timetables.
  • Comply with Health and Safety requirements of Belkin.

What you’ll need

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in graphic design, with a strong focus on print production and retail/experiential design.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating experience with environmental graphics, in-store displays, and/or experiential marketing.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop); experience with 3D design tools (such as SketchUp or AutoCAD) is a plus.
  • Experience in digital design and familiarity with web, social media, or digital signage design is a strong advantage.
  • Excellent attention to detail, layout, typography, and colour theory.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
  • Proven experience managing vendor relationships and overseeing production quality.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Experience with high-profile, global brands is a plus.
  • Ability to interact positively and effectively with employees at all levels within the organization, as well as with customers, prospects, and vendors.

What you’ve done

Experience should include:

  • Expertise in preparing print-ready files and working with various print materials and processes.

What you’ll get in return

  • Permanent Full Time (40 hours a week), Monday - Friday
  • Competitive Salary, Benefits and Bonus Plan
  • Flexible hybrid working (3 days office)
  • Optional Health Insurance and Dental Insurance
  • Pension
  • Employee Assistance Programme
  • 25 days holiday (increasing to 30 days after 5 years) & Bank Holidays
  • Birthday Day off
  • Belkin Product Employee Discount Programme

Location: Hemel Hempstead

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
