Wir sind ein engagiertes IT-Team, das zentrale IT-Services zuverlässig betreibt und kontinuierlich weiterentwickelt. Für unser Team suchen wir eine engagierte Persönlichkeit, die Verantwortung für unseren Identity & Access Management (IAM) Service auf Basis des One Identity Manager übernimmt und dessen Weiterentwicklung aktiv vorantreibt.

Dabei bist du die zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen IT, Fachbereichen, externen Partnern und technischen Spezialisten. Neben deinem IAM-Schwerpunkt bringst du dich gerne auch in weitere spannende Themen unserer vielseitigen IT-Landschaft ein.

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Verantwortung für den IAM-Service: Du stellst den stabilen Betrieb unseres Identity & Access Management sicher und steuerst die Weiterentwicklung des One Identity Manager sowie die Umsetzung neuer Anforderungen
  • Prozessmanagement und Automatisierung: Du gestaltest und optimierst IAM-Prozesse, insbesondere den Identity Lifecycle (Joiner, Mover, Leaver), das Rollen- und Berechtigungsmanagement sowie die Automatisierung bestehender Abläufe
  • Schnittstellen- und Partnermanagement: Du bist die zentrale Ansprechperson für interne Fachbereiche, angebundene Systeme und externe IAM-Berater. Du koordinierst die Zusammenarbeit und stellst die Qualität der Ergebnisse sicher.
  • Service Management und Governance: Du sorgst für klare Verantwortlichkeiten, nachvollziehbare Prozesse und eine saubere Dokumentation. Zudem koordinierst du Incidents, Changes und technische Abhängigkeiten mit den zuständigen Spezialisten
  • Mitarbeit an weiteren IT-Services: Du bringst dich je nach Interesse und Bedarf auch in weitere Themen unseres Teams ein, beispielsweise Client Management, Softwarepaketierung und -verteilung, Omnissa VDI, Citrix, Mobile Device Management (MDM), Monitoring, SharePoint oder SQL-Management
  • Pikettdienst: Du übernimmst gelegentlich Pikettdienste und bist bei Bedarf auch für Wochenendeinsätze bereit

Das bringst du mit:

  • Ausbildung und Fachwissen: Du verfügst über eine abgeschlossene IT-Ausbildung oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation und bringst Erfahrung im Identity & Access Management, Service Management oder Application Management mit
  • IAM-Kenntnisse: Du verstehst technische und prozessuale Zusammenhänge im Identity & Access Management. Erfahrung mit dem One Identity Manager ist von Vorteil
  • Service- und Prozessverständnis: Du arbeitest strukturiert, setzt Prioritäten und hast Freude daran, Services und Prozesse nachhaltig zu verbessern und weiterzuentwickeln
  • Selbstständigkeit und Organisation: Du übernimmst gerne Verantwortung, koordinierst interne und externe Partner und treibst Themen eigenständig voran
  • Kommunikation und Teamgeist: Du kommunizierst klar, arbeitest gerne mit unterschiedlichen Anspruchsgruppen zusammen und findest gemeinsam passende Lösungen
  • Interesse an neuen Technologien: Du blickst gerne über deinen eigenen Fachbereich hinaus, bringst Neugier für weitere IT-Technologien mit und bist bereit, dich in neue Themen einzuarbeiten
  • Engagement und Flexibilität: Du überzeugst durch deine serviceorientierte Arbeitsweise und bringst die Bereitschaft für Pikett- und gelegentliche Wochenendeinsätze mit.
