A BELLA HUB está em busca de uma Executiva de Vendas / Executiva Comercial para integrar o time em Porto Alegre/RS. Procuramos uma profissional com perfil comunicativo, proativo e orientado a resultados, com facilidade para construir relacionamentos, negociar e conduzir negócios até o fechamento.

Esta posição é ideal para quem gosta de vendas consultivas, tem experiência em atendimento e negociação com clientes, e deseja atuar em um ambiente dinâmico, com oportunidades de relacionamento comercial e expansão de negócios.

Responsabilidades

Realizar atendimento comercial e conduzir conversas de vendas; Entender as necessidades dos clientes e apresentar soluções adequadas; Negociar propostas e condições comerciais; Conduzir o processo até o fechamento da venda; Acompanhar os clientes ao longo da jornada comercial; Manter organização das oportunidades e dos contatos; Atuar com foco em relacionamento, conversão e fidelização.

Local e modelo de contratação

A atuação será realizada predominantemente em viagens, de acordo com a programação e os projetos da empresa. A sede da BELLA HUB está localizada em Porto Alegre/RS, porém a profissional não terá atuação presencial frequente na sede.Requisitos e qualificaçõesRequisitos obrigatórios

Experiência prévia com vendas diretas; Vivência em negociação e fechamento de negócios; Facilidade para se comunicar com diferentes perfis de clientes; Boa argumentação e habilidade de escuta ativa; Perfil proativo, movido a desafios, organizado e orientado a metas; Disponibilidade para viagens.

Diferenciais

Experiência com vendas de cursos, treinamentos ou serviços; Vivência com vendas consultivas; Atuação anterior em ambientes comerciais dinâmicos.
