Mitarbeiter:in Kundendienst 80 \- 100%

Deine Aufgaben

  • Kundenbetreuung \& Beratung: Du nimmst Anfragen entgegen und berätst Neu\- sowie Bestandskundinnen und \-kunden kompetent.
  • Administrative Aufgaben: Du führst die Kunden\- und Vertragsadministration, pflegst Stammdaten und bearbeitest die allgemeine Korrespondenz.
  • Zusammenarbeit / Kommunikation: Du arbeitest eng mit Spitex\-Organisationen, Behörden, Sozialdiensten sowie internen Schnittstellen zusammen.
  • Projektarbeit: Du unterstützt bei Projekten und wirkst aktiv an der Weiterentwicklung der Kundendienst\- und Marketingprozesse mit.

Dein Profil

  • Du verfügst über eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder bringst praktische Erfahrung im Kundendienst oder Marketing mit.
  • Der Umgang mit MS Office ist dir vertraut, insbesondere Outlook, Excel und Word.
  • Du kommunizierst fliessend auf Deutsch und kannst dich sehr gut auf ösisch ausdrücken.
  • Du hast Freude am telefonischen Kundenkontakt und arbeitest gerne mit Menschen verschiedenster Hintergründe.
  • Selbstständigkeit, Zuverlässigkeit und eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise zeichnen dich aus.
