Tätigkeitsbeschreibung: Das Neurozentrum Oerlikon ist in stetigem Wachstum. Deshalb suchen wir zur Verstärkung unseres bestehenden Teams eine/n aufgestellte/n, motivierte/n und zuverlässige/n MPA.

Zu unserem Zentrum: Das Zentrumsspektrum erstreckt sich über die vielfältigsten Gebiete der Neurologie. Wir verfügen neben der allgemein\-neurologischen Sprechstunde über ein eigenes Schlaflabor, führen neuropsychologische Testungen durch und bieten den Patienten/innen ein massgeschneidertes Angebot, bei dem sie sich nicht nur als Kunden/innen, sondern viel mehr als Menschen mit ihren individuellen

Dein Aufgabenbereich

  • Empfang und Betreuung unserer Patientinnen und Patienten
  • Organisation und Koordination der Sprechstunden
  • Telefonische und schriftliche Patientenbetreuung
  • Assistenz bei pneumologischen Untersuchungen
  • Durchführung und Vorbereitung von Lungenfunktionstests
  • Unterstützung bei schlafmedizinischen Untersuchungen und Abklärungen
  • Administrative und organisatorische Tätigkeiten
  • Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Praxisablauf

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Medizinische Praxisassistentin EFZ
  • Berufserfahrung, idealerweise im Bereich Pneumologie oder Schlafmedizin
  • Freude am Umgang mit Patientinnen und Patienten
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
  • Teamfähigkeit und Flexibilität
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Sicherer Umgang mit digitalen Praxisadministrationssystemen
