Tätigkeitsbeschreibung:

Unser Neurozentrum Bellevue ist in stetigem Wachstum. Aus diesem Grund suchen wir zur Unterstützung und Verstärkung unseres bestehenden Teams ein/e aufgestellte/r, motivierte/r und zuverlässige/r Pflegefachfrau/\- . Nebst einem attraktiven Arbeitsplatz im Herzen von Zürich, in unmittelbarer Nähe des Opernhauses, erwartet Sie ein dynamisches und aufgestelltes Team, welches sich auf Ihre Unterstützung freut. Unser Qualitätsanspruch ist hoch. In dieser Funktion sind Sie für die Planung und Durchführung verschiedener Infusionstherapien zuständig sowie erste Ansprechperson für jegliche Themen unserer Patienten/Innen. Eigenhändig Entscheidungen zu fällen und Verantwortung zu übernehmen gehören zum Tagesgeschäft. Administrative Tätigkeiten (elektronische KG, Bestellwesen, Wochenplanung sowie vieles Weitere) runden das Stellenprofil ab.

Ihr Aufgabenbereich

  • Fachkompetente, umfassende und individuelle Betreuung der Patienten
  • Zubereitung und Verabreichung der medikamentösen Infusionstherapien
  • Beratung der Patienten in jeglichen Themen rund um MS, Migräne, Alzheimer sowie weiteren neurologischen Erkrankungen
  • Planung der weiteren Therapien
  • Blutentnahmen
  • Wochenorganisation inklusive Bestellwesen (Medikamente und Material)
  • Konstruktiver Austausch mit unseren Ärzten, die im Hintergrund erreichbar sind
  • Führen der elektronischen KG (curaMED)

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als dipl. Pflegefachperson HF/FH/AKP/DNII
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung deutlich von Vorteil (nicht zwingend Neurologie)
  • Empathische Persönlichkeit
  • hohe Sozialkompetenz
  • Teamfähigkeit
  • Fähigkeit, eigenhändig Entscheidungen zu fällen und Verantwortung zu tragen
  • Koordinations\- und Organisationsfähigkeit
  • Hohe Selbständigkeit, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Flexibilität r
  • Komplexe Patientensituationen sehen Sie als Herausforderung und Möglichkeit, Ihre Fach\- und Sozialkompetenz zu steigern
