Deine Aufgaben

  • Du betreust Kundinnen und Kunden telefonisch und gehst aufmerksam auf ihre Anliegen und Bedürfnisse ein.
  • Du bearbeitest schriftliche Kundenanfragen und E\-Mails professionell, sorgfältig und zuverlässig.
  • Du bist in unterschiedlichen Kundenprojekten tätig und sorgst für eine kompetente und kundenorientierte Beratung.
  • Du stellst eine hohe Servicequalität sicher und trägst zu einer positiven Kundenerfahrung bei.

Dein Profil

  • Du verfügst über sehr gute mündliche Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch sowie ösisch und/oder Italienisch.
  • Schweizerdeutsch verstehst und/oder sprichst du.
  • Du hast Freude am Kundenkontakt und überzeugst durch deine empathische, freundliche und serviceorientierte Persönlichkeit.
  • Du verfügst über gute PC\-Kenntnisse und arbeitest dich rasch in neue Systeme ein.
  • Erfahrung im Kundendienst oder im Bankensektor ist von Vorteil.
  • Du bist zuverlässig und verfügst über einen einwandfreien Straf\- und Betreibungsregisterauszug.
  • Du bist an einem hybriden Arbeitsmodell interessiert und möchtest nach der Einarbeitungsphase mehrheitlich im Homeoffice arbeiten.

Deine Vorteile

  • Attraktive Anstellungsbedingungen gemäss Gesamtarbeitsvertrag der Contactcenter\-Branche.
  • Einstiegslohn von CHF 4'519\.– brutto bei 100 % Pensum, ausbezahlt in 12 Monatslöhnen.
  • Jährlich ein zusätzlicher Ferientag bis zum fünften Dienstjahr.

Arbeitszeiten

Die Einsätze erfolgen von Montag bis zwischen 07:30 und 21:00 sowie samstags zwischen 08:00 und 18:00 . Eine Tagesschicht umfasst 8,4 Stunden.
