Du hast Freude am Kundenkontakt, kommunizierst klar und möchtest deine Stärken im Bankenumfeld einsetzen? Für unsere Kundin, eine etablierte Schweizer Regionalbank, suchen wir eine serviceorientierte Persönlichkeit für den Kundendienst.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Du bist die erste Ansprechperson für Kundinnen und Kunden und bearbeitest ihre Anliegen telefonisch sowie schriftlich.
  • Du beantwortest Fragen zu Konten, Karten und Zahlungsverkehr.
  • Du unterstützt bei der Nutzung von E-Banking und weiteren digitalen Dienstleistungen.
  • Du erkennst Beratungsbedarf und leitest komplexere Anliegen gezielt an die zuständigen Fachpersonen weiter.
  • Du dokumentierst Kundenkontakte sorgfältig und stellst eine zuverlässige Nachbearbeitung sicher.

Dein Profil

  • Du verfügst über eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
  • Du bringst Erfahrung im Kundendienst mit, idealerweise aus dem Banken- oder Finanzumfeld.
  • Du kommunizierst stilsicher auf Deutsch; Französischkenntnisse sind ein zusätzlicher Vorteil.
  • Du arbeitest dich rasch in neue Systeme ein und hast Freude an digitalen Anwendungen.
  • Du überzeugst durch eine freundliche Gesprächsführung, eine hohe Serviceorientierung und eine genaue Arbeitsweise.
  • Auch bei einem hohen Anfragevolumen behältst du den Überblick und gehst aufmerksam auf dein Gegenüber ein.
