Essa pessoa terá o papel no fortalecimento da parceria com gestores e colaboradores, garantindo a aplicação das políticas de RH, promovendo o desenvolvimento das equipes.

Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesAtuar como parceiro(a) de negócio, estabelecendo relacionamentos de confiança com gestores e colaboradores por meio de reuniões, atendimentos e comunicação constante.Conduzir processos de Recrutamento e Seleção, desde o alinhamento de perfil e levantamento de necessidades com os gestores até a atração, triagem, entrevistas e seleção de candidatos, garantindo a aderência às necessidades do negócio e à cultura da empresa.Assegurar a aplicação das políticas, diretrizes e práticas de Recursos Humanos, orientando as lideranças e equipes sobre processos e procedimentos, em conformidade com a legislação trabalhista vigente.Disseminar e orientar sobre os processos e práticas dos diferentes subsistemas de RH.Aplicar treinamentos, atualizações e ações de orientação sobre os processos de RH e comportamentais garantindo o alinhamento entre as áreas de atendimento, as áreas especialistas e a cultura da empresaApoiar a gestão e o dimensionamento do quadro de colaboradores, analisando demandas e contribuindo para a priorização e alocação adequada dos recursos em parceria com os gestores.Acompanhar o orçamento de RH das áreas, apoiando as lideranças na gestão eficiente dos recursos.Monitorar indicadores de RH, identificar oportunidades de melhoria e propor iniciativas que contribuam para a eficiência dos processos e a performance das áreas de atendimento.Apoiar os gestores na gestão de pessoas, atuando na mediação de conflitos, no fortalecimento do engajamento e na condução de processos de mudança organizacional.Planejar, organizar e apoiar a realização de eventos e ações corporativas mensais e anuais, em parceria com as áreas envolvidas.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino superior completo.Experiência em Recursos Humanos, preferencialmente atuando como Generalista.Conhecimento dos principais subsistemas de RH, especialmente Recrutamento e Seleção e Treinamento e Desenvolvimento.Vivência no atendimento e suporte a gestores em temas relacionados à gestão de pessoas.Conhecimento de indicadores e processos de RH.Noções de rotinas de Departamento Pessoal e legislação trabalhista.
