The posting

Bellows Plumbing, Heating, Cooling & Electrical is growing and we’re hiring an experienced Electrician to join our North Bay team. We serve customers across the San Francisco Bay Area, with work throughout Marin, Sonoma, and Napa, counties. This is a full-time, field-based position focused on residential and light commercial service work.

About the Role

As an Electrician at Bellows, you’ll diagnose issues, present solutions, and complete high-quality work while delivering a great customer experience. You’ll run your own jobs, work directly with customers, and stay connected with our dispatch and operations team throughout the day.

What You’ll Do

• Diagnose and repair electrical issues (troubleshooting, panels, wiring, fixtures, etc.) • Perform residential and light commercial installations and service work • Communicate clearly with customers and build trust • Provide estimates, present options, and close work • Complete jobs safely, efficiently, and to code • Mentor apprentices and support team development • Keep accurate job notes and documentation

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of experience as a lead/service electrician • Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic ability • Experience running jobs from start to finish • Comfortable selling and explaining work to customers • Proven ability to close jobs and generate revenue • Leadership mindset and ability to train apprentices • Valid California driver’s license with clean driving record • Professional appearance and strong communication skills • Reliable, organized, and self-motivated
