The posting

Buscamos um(a) profissional analítico(a), com forte raciocínio lógico e capacidade de transformar dados em informações estratégicas para o negócio. Essa pessoa será responsável por coletar, organizar, analisar e interpretar dados, contribuindo para a construção de indicadores, dashboards e insights que apoiem a tomada de decisão.

Principais responsabilidades:

  • Desenvolver e manter dashboards, relatórios e modelos de BI, garantindo visualização clara e intuitiva dos dados;
  • Analisar dados e indicadores, identificando tendências, oportunidades e pontos de melhoria;
  • Transformar necessidades e problemas do negócio em análises e soluções baseadas em dados;
  • Automatizar e otimizar relatórios e controles;
  • Apoiar as áreas na utilização e melhoria de planilhas, tabelas, gráficos e ferramentas de análise;
  • Participar das reuniões diárias de produção, prestando suporte relacionado aos indicadores e relatórios de BI;
  • Apoiar a planta de Manaus em demandas pontuais relacionadas a Excel, dados e visualizações;
  • Realizar a construção e estruturação de bancos de dados em SQL em parceria com a área de TI;
  • Elaborar e analisar dados provenientes de retornos de campo e processos internos;
  • Garantir o uso ético, seguro e adequado das informações e dados da organização;
  • Comunicar resultados e análises de forma clara, objetiva e compreensível para diferentes públicos.

Requisitos:

  • Ensino superior completo em Estatística ou áreas correlatas;
  • Conhecimento avançado em Estatística, Matemática e Análise de Dados;
  • Excel avançado e domínio do Pacote Office;
  • Conhecimento em Power BI e SharePoint;
  • Conhecimento em Python e/ou R para extração, manipulação e análise de dados;
  • Conhecimento em bancos de dados SQL e NoSQL;
  • Capacidade de traduzir problemas de negócio em problemas de análise de dados;
  • Raciocínio lógico e habilidade para solução de problemas;
  • Boa comunicação e facilidade para trabalhar em equipe;
  • Organização, aprendizado contínuo e comprometimento com prazos.

Diferencial: experiência com automação de processos, construção de indicadores e atuação em ambientes industriais/operacionais.
