Per la prossima stagione 2027, siamo alla ricerca di un/una Room Attendant, che entri a fare parte del nostro Team Splendido!

La risorsa offrirà altissimi livelli di servizio ai nostri ospiti, in un'atmosfera accogliente e nel rispetto della loro privacy.

Riporterà a Executive Housekeeping.

Principali Mansioni:

  • Pulizia e sanificazione: Rifacimento dei letti, pulizia approfondita di bagni (sanificazione di sanitari, doccia/vasca e pavimenti), spolveratura dei mobili e lavaggio dei pavimenti della camera.
  • Cambio della biancheria: Sostituzione di lenzuola, federe e asciugamani sporchi con biancheria pulita.
  • Rifornimento delle forniture: Riempimento del minibar e reintegro degli articoli di cortesia (saponi, shampoo, cuffie da doccia, carta igienica) e della cancelleria o materiale informativo dell'hotel.
  • Gestione degli oggetti smarriti (lost and found): Raccolta e segnalazione alla governance/reception di eventuali oggetti dimenticati dagli ospiti all'interno della stanza.
  • La conoscenza degli standard LQA (Leading Quality Assurance) rappresenta il livello più elevato di competenza per una room attendant, poiché definisce i parametri di eccellenza richiesti dalle strutture alberghiere di lusso a livello internazionale.

Requirements

  • Si richiede un Italiano fluente. Livello d’inglese base;
  • Passione per il servizio housekeeping e ambizione per crescere professionalmente;
  • Buone doti comunicative e capacità di lavorare in squadra, condividendo informazioni e abilità;
  • Capacità di fornire elevati standard di servizio pulizia costanti nel tempo, riconoscendo le priorità e assumendosi la responsabilità dei propri compiti;
  • Orientato agli obiettivi: fornire un servizio genuino e costante di alto livello anticipando e superando le aspettative di ospiti e colleghi.

  • Inizio contratto: Marzo 2027 - Fine contratto: Novembre 2027, con l’obiettivo di una collaborazione continuativa per le prossime stagioni presso l’Hotel Splendido, con un percorso di crescita;
