At Grand Hotel Timeo, a Belmond Hotel, we are looking for an empathetic, proactive, and refined Spa Therapist. In this role, you will dedicate yourself to delivering extraordinary wellness experiences within our brand-new, exclusive Dior Spa, anticipating our guests' every need for relaxation and rejuvenation with absolute elegance and discretion.

Primary Responsibilities Include

  • Tailored Wellness Consultations: Review daily appointment lists and guest profiles to identify VIPs, repeat guests, and specific physical or wellness preferences, preparing highly customized treatment paths.
  • Dior Treatment Excellence: Deliver an exceptional range of body and facial treatments, flawlessly executing the exclusive protocols, techniques, and storytelling of the Dior Spa brand.
  • Bespoke Guest Journeys: Welcome guests warmly into the spa oasis, guiding them through a tailored introduction of the facilities, fragrances, and skincare collections to enhance their pre- and post-treatment experience.
  • Cross-Departmental Synergy: Partner closely with the Spa Reception, Guest Relations, and Concierge teams to coordinate bespoke wellness amenities, celebratory gifts, or personalized farewell touches linked to the guests' stay.
  • Ambience & Sanctuary Care: Maintain the absolute pristine condition, hygiene, and aesthetic standards of the treatment rooms and common areas, ensuring the entire environment perfectly mirrors the luxury alliance of Dior and Belmond.

Requirements

What You Bring

  • Certifications: Mandatory and valid Professional Massage/Beautician Certification (Qualifica Professionale di Estetista / Massoterapeuta).
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience as a Spa Therapist in 5-star luxury hotel spas, premium wellness resorts, or high-end brand sanctuaries.
  • Hospitality Mindset: Natural empathy, warmth, outstanding interpersonal skills, and a deeply soothing demeanor suited for discerning international guests.
  • Precision & Adaptability: Problem-solving agility, high attention to detail, and a creative flair in customizing wellness journeys and guest surprise-and-delight moments.
  • Languages: Fluency in Italian and English; additional languages are a plus.
