La Pasticceria dell'Hotel Cipriani, a Belmond Hotel, Venice è alla ricerca di un/una Pastry Sous Chef dinamico/a e appassionato/a, desideroso/a di unirsi alla nostra brigata. Il/La candidato/a ideale contribuirà a deliziare i nostri ospiti con creazioni dolciarie innovative e lievitati eccezionali.

Si tratta di una posizione stagionale a tempo pieno, da inizio aprile a metà ottobre 2027, con turnazioni su 5 giorni e 2 riposi settimanali.

Il/La Pastry Sous Chef entrerà a far parte di un team coeso e collaborativo, impegnato nella creazione di sapori unici e autentici per tutte le F&B venues dell'hotel, dalla colazione al Room Service, dal Bar Gabbiano al ristorante Il Porticciolo.

Requirements

  • Comprovata esperienza pregressa nel ruolo di Sous Chef in pasticcerie di hotel di lusso o ristoranti di alto livello.
  • Capacità di guidare, supervisionare e motivare il team di commis e capi partita con attenzione e rispetto, promuovendo un ambiente di lavoro positivo.
  • Conoscenza approfondita delle normative igienico-sanitarie e capacità di garantire il rispetto degli standard di salute e sicurezza in cucina.
  • Eccellenti capacità di gestione delle priorità e dello stress, fondamentali durante i momenti di maggiore afflusso e servizio.
  • È richiesta una buona conoscenza della lingua italiana e ottime capacità comunicative, nel rispetto dei superiori e dei colleghi.

Inquadramento al livello 3° del CCNL Federalberghi con retribuzione lorda mensile tra i 2.500 e i 2.600 euro. 13esima e 14esima mensilità saranno erogate rispettivamente a fine contratto e a luglio;
