The posting

At Hotel Cipriani, a Belmond Hotel, Venice, we are looking for a talented Restaurant Manager to join our F&B Team and supervise both Il Porticciolo Restaurant (open for lunch) and San Giorgio Restaurant (open for dinner).

This is a seasonal full-time position from March to October 2027 and reports directly to the F&B Manager of the Hotel.

As Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring a pleasant experience for our guests while maintaining efficient operations, quality and exemplary service. Among the main responsibilities:

  • direct the restaurant operations on a daily basis ensuring excellent service and guest satisfaction;
  • supervise, train and develop the team;
  • maintain a daily liaison with the kitchen team ensuring a harmonious relationship between culinary and service team;
  • work closely with the F&B Manager and the Chef;
  • contribute to the development of the restaurant offer whilst evolving and improving continuously the assigned venue.

Requirements

  • Consolidated experience as Restaurant Manager;
  • Comprehensive knowledge of the restaurant luxury hospitality environment acquired preferably while working a similar position within 5* hotels;
  • Fluency both in Italian and English is mandatory; good knowledge of French is beneficial;
  • Strong leadership skills;
  • Be service oriented and guest focused;

In order to be considered for this position you must possess the legal right to work in Italy at the moment of application.
