In questo momento siamo alla ricerca di un/a:

Accounting Processes & Control

Sarai inserito/a all’interno della direzione Finance e, rispondendo all’Head of Accounting, contribuirai a rafforzare i controlli contabili di gruppo, a formalizzare i processi interfunzionali e a mitigare i rischi operativi, fornendo al contempo strumenti di reporting strutturati a supporto delle attività di controllo delle altre funzioni.

Nello specifico ti occuperai di:

  • Coordinare e supervisionare le attività di riconciliazione contabile tra le diverse funzioni aziendali;
  • Verificare la completezza, l'accuratezza e la qualità della documentazione di supporto per tutte le registrazioni contabili;
  • Assistere e supportare le attività di controllo interno durante i processi di chiusura mensile;
  • Formalizzare le procedure amministrative e documentare le evidenze di controllo richieste dagli standard di Gruppo;
  • Operare come principale interfaccia e punto di contatto per i team di controllo interno e di audit della società del Gruppo;
  • Gestire e coordinare le richieste di dati/informazioni da parte dei revisori;
  • Progettare e sviluppare flussi di lavoro digitalizzati per la gestione delle riconciliazioni contabili e dei controlli contabili interni;
  • Supportare l'implementazione e l'esecuzione delle iniziative di automazione amministrativa per ottimizzare, snellire e migliorare i processi amministrativi;
  • Sviluppare, personalizzare e mantenere dashboard e report a supporto delle varie aree amministrative;
  • Produrre e monitorare gli indicatori chiave di prestazione (KPI) per supervisionare le attività amministrative e misurare l'efficienza dei processi;

Requisiti:

  • Laurea Triennale o Magistrale in Economia, Finanza, Contabilità o campi affini.
  • Esperienza: 3-5 anni di esperienza in contesti aziendali dinamici, multinazionali o in primarie società di consulenza/revisione.
  • Solido percorso contabile e amministrativo, con una forte comprensione dei processi di chiusura finanziaria e delle riconciliazioni contabili.
  • Una comprovata esperienza in progetti di miglioramento continuo e in iniziative di trasformazione digitale costituisce un titolo preferenziale.
  • Familiarità con le attività di audit, i controlli interni e i framework di compliance.
  • Competenza avanzata nei moderni sistemi ERP e negli strumenti di data analytics (es. Power BI, Excel avanzato).

  • 1° livello CCNL Commercio, contratto di lavoro subordinato a tempo indeterminato

  • Retribuzione fissa iniziale: RAL tra 35k e 40k
  • Retribuzione variabile iniziale: 2500k lordi annui circa
