Job Description

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for residents within the apartment community.
  • Facilitate the move-in and move-out process, ensuring a smooth transition for residents.
  • Manage resident communications effectively through various channels.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service to enhance resident satisfaction.
  • Assist in property management tasks to maintain a high-quality living environment.
  • Process final account statements at move-out with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with a medium to large team to meet the needs of the community.

Qualifications

  • 0-5 years of experience in a related field.
  • Proficiency in computer use, including email and office productivity software such as Gmail, Google Docs, Google Sheets, and Google Slides.
  • Strong customer service skills and the ability to address resident concerns with empathy and professionalism.
  • Knowledge of property management principles and practices.

Work Environment

This role requires working in an on-site Resident Services Office, where you will be an integral part of a team dedicated to providing top-notch service to our apartment community residents.

Pay

Per California state law, Beltran Company is required to disclose the exact and/or pay range for a specific position. This positions pay is disclosed below.

Pay Range: $19.58 - 24.59 per hour

Additional Pay (if applicable): This position may be eligible for commissions.
