In unserem Operations Center sorgen wir dafür, dass die IT unserer Kunden stabil, sicher und performant läuft. Unsere Spezialistinnen und Spezialisten sorgen jeden Tag dafür, dass die IT-Systeme unserer Kunden stabil, sicher und performant laufen. Du verantwortest das Tagesgeschäft sowie geplante Changes. Prozesse, Qualität und Team entwickelst du gezielt weiter - in enger Zusammenarbeit mit den Engineering-Teams sowie der Geschäftsleitung. Deine Aufgaben Fachliche und personelle Führung des IT & Security Operations Teams (Service Desk und IT Operations) Verantwortung für den stabilen und sicheren Betrieb der Kundenumgebungen, reaktiv wie geplant Sicherstellung von Servicequalität, SLAs und Kundenzufriedenheit Steuerung von Changes, Eskalationen und Major Incidents Weiterentwicklung von Prozessen, Automatisierung und KI-Einsatz im Betrieb Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Cloud & Platform, Workplace und Security Engineering Teams Dein Profil Abgeschlossene Informatikausbildung mit Weiterbildung (HF, FH oder vergleichbar) Führungserfahrung im IT-Betrieb, idealerweise bei einem IT-Dienstleister Fundiertes Verständnis von IT Service Management (ITIL) sowie Microsoft-Cloud- und Security-Umgebungen Führungsstil, der auf Vertrauen, Verantwortung und Entwicklung setzt Klare Kommunikation, auch in hektischen Situationen Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse, Englisch von Vorteil Zertifizierungen hast du noch keine?
