Du löst IT-Anliegen schnell und freundlich, behältst den Überblick und sorgst dafür, dass sich Kunden gut betreut fühlen. Der Service Desk ist bei uns der Startpunkt für deine Entwicklung: Von hier aus kannst du dich zum System Engineer IT Operations und weiter in eines unserer Engineering-Teams entwickeln - Cloud & Platform, Workplace oder Security. Deine Aufgaben Entgegennahme und Bearbeitung von Anfragen und Störungen per Telefon, E-Mail und Ticketsystem Lösung von Incidents und Service Requests im 1st/2nd Level, remote und vor Ort Priorisierung und gezielte Weiterleitung an das IT & Security Operations Team und die Engineering-Teams Benutzer- und Geräteverwaltung in Microsoft 365, Entra ID und Intune Saubere Dokumentation und Pflege der Wissensdatenbank Dein Profil Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Informatiker/in EFZ, ICT-Fachfrau/Fachmann EFZ oder vergleichbare Erfahrung im IT-Support Kenntnisse in Windows, Microsoft 365 und Entra ID Freude am Kontakt mit Menschen und eine klare, freundliche Kommunikation Strukturierte Arbeitsweise und Ruhe auch bei hohem Anfragevolumen Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse, weitere Sprachen von Vorteil Zertifizierungen hast du noch keine?
