Är du en erfaren socialsekreterare med arbetsledande erfarenhet och ett intresse för att stötta och utveckla andra? Vi på Bemannia söker nu en trygg och engagerad gruppledare till ett konsultuppdrag inom Barn- och familjeenheten i en kommun i Dalarna. Om uppdraget Vi söker en erfaren gruppledare till en kommunal verksamhet inom barn och familj. Uppdraget innebär en central roll i det dagliga arbetet med fokus på styrning, ledning, kvalitet och stöd till socialsekreterare. Rollen motsvarar i stora delar en förste socialsekreterare och innebär ett nära samarbete med både medarbetare och verksamhetens ledning. Uppdragsinformation:

Placering: Kommun i Dalarna

Omfattning: 100 %

Start: 16 november alternativt 1 december 2026

Uppdragsperiod: 2027.02.28

Dina arbetsuppgifter Som gruppledare kommer du bland annat att:

Leda och fördela det dagliga arbetet inom Barn- och familjeenheten.

Ge ärendehandledning och stöd till socialsekreterare.

Arbeta med styrning, ledning och kvalitetsuppföljning.

Följa upp verksamhetens arbete och bidra till en rättssäker handläggning.

Genomföra samtal med medarbetare och bidra till en välfungerande arbetsgrupp.

Vara ett stöd i det dagliga arbetet och bidra till struktur och kontinuitet.

Dina kvalifikationer Vi söker dig som har:

Socionomexamen.

Flerårig erfarenhet av myndighetsutövning inom barn och unga.

Erfarenhet av arbetsledning, exempelvis som gruppledare eller förste socialsekreterare.

Goda kunskaper om socialtjänstens arbete med barn och familjer.

Erfarenhet av ärendehandledning och kvalitetsarbete.

God förmåga att uttrycka dig på svenska i tal och skrift.

Som person är du trygg i din yrkesroll, strukturerad och tydlig i din kommunikation. Du har lätt för att skapa förtroende och trivs med att stötta kollegor i både det dagliga arbetet och mer komplexa ärenden.
