The posting

Responsável por atender os usuários internos da plataforma (painel administrativo) por chat, email e telefone, orientando o uso do sistema, resolvendo problemas de acesso e cadastro, e dando suporte em questões financeiras relacionadas a faturas, cobranças e formas de pagamento.

Atua diagnosticando problemas de cadastro, de benefício e financeiros diretamente no painel administrativo, verificando a situação do cliente, do contrato e dos dependentes, e escalando para o nível técnico os chamados que não puderem ser resolvidos no primeiro contato.

Contribui para a experiência dos usuários da plataforma, atuando de forma investigativa e didática, com cuidado no tratamento de dados pessoais e na resolução ágil e assertiva das demandas.

  • Ensino médio completo; desejável cursando ou superior em Tecnologia da Informação Sistemas de Informação ou área relacionada.
  • Experiência de 1 ano ou mais em suporte a sistemas, SaaS ou atendimento digital.
  • Facilidade com tecnologia: navegação em painéis administrativos, uso de filtros e buscas, captura de print e gravação de tela, e diferenciação entre problemas de aplicativo, navegador e sistema.
  • Escrita clara e objetiva.
  • Noção de meios de pagamento: boleto, Pix, cartão de crédito, cobrança recorrente e estorno.
  • Organização para lidar com múltiplos chamados simultaneamente.
  • Desejável experiência com ferramentas de atendimento e chamados (Zendesk, Movidesk, Freshdesk, Jira Service Management ou similares).
  • Desejável experiência com painel de gateway de pagamento.
  • Desejável experiência na área de saúde, benefícios ou fintech.
  • Desejável noções de LGPD.
  • Disponibilidade para atendimento conforme demandas e prazos do serviço contratado
