Objetivo do trabalho:

O Conferente de Mercadorias é responsável por conferir a entrada e saída dos produtos na empresa, assegurando que as mercadorias estejam em conformidade com os padrões de qualidade e segurança estabelecidos. Esta função é essencial para garantir que o cliente receba os produtos no prazo e em perfeitas condições, contribuindo para a reputação e eficiência da Bemfruti.

Responsabilidades:

- Conferir as mercadorias de entrada e saida, verificando se a quantidade e qualidade estão de acordo com os pedidos.

- Realizar o registro de todas as movimentações e divergências observadas, comunicando imediatamente à equipe responsável.

- Manter a organização do espaço de armazenamento, assegurando que os produtos estejam dispostos de maneira a facilitar a conferência e o acesso.

- Colaborar com o transporte e logística para garantir que os produtos sejam entregues aos clientes no prazo, reportando quaisquer problemas que possam atrasar esse processo.

- Trabalhar em conjunto com outros membros da equipe, contribuindo para um ambiente colaborativo e eficiente.

Qualificações:

- Conhecimento geral em processos de conferência e controle de estoque, sendo capaz de lidar com tarefas rotineiras de conferência de mercadorias.

- Habilidade em comunicação eficaz, tanto verbal quanto escrita, para relatar divergências e colaborar com a equipe.

- Capacidade de trabalho em equipe, demonstrando disposição para ajudar os colegas e participar ativamente das operações.

- Conhecimento prático em informática, especialmente em sistemas de registro e controle de mercadorias.

* Qualificações educacionais:

- Ensino médio completo. Cursos relacionados à logística ou área afins serão considerados um diferencial.

* Experiências profissionais:

- Experiência anterior em conferência de mercadorias ou em atividades de estoque será um diferencial, mas não é obrigatória.

** CONHECIMENTOS, HABILIDADES:

- Conhecimento prático em princípios básicos de controle de mercadorias e estoque.

- Habilidade em resolver problemas simples que possam surgir durante o processo de conferência.
